Facilitator: Rich Kenny is the Founder/President of Talent Acquisition Consulting, Inc. Rich's recent consulting projects include: C&S Wholesale Grocers and Compass Airlines.  Prior to starting his consulting business, Rich led Delta Air Lines talent acquisition program and merged Delta Air Lines and Northwest Airlines talent acquisition programs after the merger. Prior to the merger, Rich held the HR Director, Operations Recruitment & Selection position for Northwest Airlines.  Prior to joining Northwest, Rich worked for 7-Eleven for six years, most recently as the Manager of Field Staffing where he was responsible for managing their overall recruitment strategy at 6000 retail locations hiring 25,000 hourly and 900 management hires annually.
