She has worked with global companies such as UnitedHealth Group, Citigroup and Carlson Marketing Worldwide.

 

For 8 years, Natalie recruited, trained and developed sales professionals in the financial services industry. Through her keen ability to develop top talent, she was instrumental in building high performance teams and promoting over 30 individuals into leadership roles. She co-managed one of the top performing nationwide branch offices with more than 50 sales representatives in St. Paul, MN.
