Real Life Impacts on the Job Search - Family Matters presents insights and action points for both the job seeker and the job seeker's family. At best, the job search is not much fun and at worst it can be an "emotional roller coaster". The job seeker's spouse can be a source of encouragement and support, a sounding board and an observer of when the job seeker needs some extra resources. Or the spouse can be a detractor or a source of unreasonable pressure. The children in the family can also play a role, depending on their ages and their own emotional strength.
With a wealth of experience from many sides relating to job search, Robert Riskin will guide session participants into how they can play their roles most effectively and how they can ask for and receive family support.
Robert Riskin has walked the walk, talked the talk and has the academic credentials bringing him even further insights.
