Making Your Elevator Speech Nearly Perfect
Nearly everyone in job search knows they need a 30 second or 60 second speech about themselves and their job search that they could use with a perfect stranger who might turn out to be very helpful. Yet all too often, there is relatively little attention paid to getting that speech right.

Stan Brown will give the basic principles and then using the power of video tape help each in the group get better at doing it and then give a course of action to making it better still.

As founder of the Minneapolis Job Support Workshop for Managers, Professionals & Others, Stan has dealt with job seekers for nearly fifteen years. His focus on helping job seekers to improve their skills through a workshop approach was built in part on his numerous job changes covering different fields of endeavor. Stan has a degree in engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently is in practice with his own firm, Stan Brown + Associates, consulting in marketing, marketing research and strategic planning.
